SCHEDULE AN INTRODUCTORY MEETING
As of 1 January 2026, new legislation introduces an obligation for employers. Companies with 10 or more employees that do not yet have collective supplementary pension insurance must complete a collective bargaining procedure on the inclusion of employees by 1 January 2028 and report the completed procedure to the Labour Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia. The obligation applies to carrying out the procedure and does not mean that insurance is concluded automatically.
At Modra zavarovalnica, we guide you through the entire procedure free of charge, ensure it is carried out correctly and in line with legislation.
